WHAT IS THAT POPPING SOUND?
Anytime you receive a chiropractic adjustment, the adjustment may allow a gas bubble to be released from between your joints. This action can create a popping sound similar to the sound that occurs when you crack your knuckles (which we do not recommend doing). In the case of a chiropractic adjustment, this sound is nothing to worry about.
